How do I check the status of my order?

Depending on what type of order you’ve placed, whether it is a stock product, made-to-order product, or custom order, you can view the status directly in your Zolemba account under your orders. If you ordered custom printed labels, click on your order and review your files. If  you approve of the files, be sure to confirm by approving them digitally in order for your files to proceed to production.

I have just placed an order but don't see anything in my account. What do I do?


It is possible that your order has not been completed yet. Have you completed all the steps during the ordering process? Within a few minutes after placing an order, an e-mail will be sent regarding an order confirmation. Please be sure to review the payment status of your order to ensure payment has been completed.
