On which days do you deliver?
Orders are delivered during business days, Monday through Friday.
What happens if I am not present during delivery?
As a standard, DHL will attempt to deliver your order at least once. If you are not present to accept the parcel, it is possible that DHL will either attempt to deliver your package to a neighbor and/or to a DHL ServicePoint to resolve.
Can my order be delivered directly to my customer?
Orders may also be shipped directly to your customer upon request. Please get in contact with one of our customer service representatives to arrange it so that your order will be delivered neutrally and that no data of Zolemba will be noted. You can also arrange it so that your order is sent directly to your customer by ensuring your delivery address is of your customers.
Can I pick up my order at a DHL ServicePoint?
It is not possible to arrange a shipment to be delivered to a ServicePoint in advance. The shipment will only be brought to a ServicePoint, after the first attempt of delivery is made on location. After the first attempt, DHL will leave you with a card regarding their next delivery attempt for your parcel. On the card, you should also be able to arrange different delivery instructions.
Can I enter a PO Box as the delivery address?
It is not advised to send packages to a PO Box. Because we ship our packages with DHL, they are not able to deliver to a PO Box address.
