When will I receive my invoice?


Invoices are sent digitally via email when your order has been successfully dispatched.

 

How do I view my invoices?


You can view your invoice history in your account overview under “My Orders”. Select the order that you would like to have the invoice for and click on the invoice button. Here you will be able to save and download as a PDF.

 

Will I receive the invoice with my order?


All invoices are sent digitally via email and will not be provided physically within your order. The only document that will be within your package would be the packing slip unless arranged otherwise.

 

The billing address on my invoice isn’t correct. Can this still be changed?


Once an invoice is sent, it is no longer possible to change the data. Please edit your data in your account settings. Should you prefer to have the invoice edited after being sent, please get in contact with our customer service team for more information.
